My design for Miguel and his room was intended to be stylized and true to scale. It felt necessary to make the world appear hand crafted.

Building up blue lagoon. Acrylic blue paint base coated in pool as well as carved texture
Letting resin cure in spray booth, glitter and glycerin added prior to filming to add sparkling animation in camera view.
